We harvest fruit, vegetables, and herbs from The Farm at Agritopia, then look to local farmers in other parts of Arizona. A wonderful establishment with a warm, friendly staff that makes the food even better. Disappointed with the take out here. My granddaugher ordered a cheese burger.
Only thing we didn't love was the cheese souffle but everything else Duck and Beef were spot on and delicious. Not only flavorful, but Mom swears the nutrients can cure anything and the collagen makes you pretty Lol! I was hoping it came with ox tail, but the beef was good, too. Le grill is worth a visit, and will definitely try L'Atelier. In the planning of Agritopia, we always envisioned a restaurant coupled to the urban farm as a focal point for the project. The cheese soufflé is a very good example with good flavor balance and mastered technics.
Living in Charlotte for 3 years now, being away from my Mama's cooking for more than that I cannot express how excited I was when I found this place. Atmosphere: It's nice outdorsy feel, with tile flooring and patio furniture tables and chairs in the dining area. Outdoor seating is also available. The degree of doneness of the meat of the main courses duck and beef tenderloin was perfect in line with what was asked for. Finally a gentleman walked over who had been at the host stand laughing with other employees.
Joel's also offers outdoor seating which is nice in warmer weather. There's not much of a waiting area in Joel's, it gets tight. I'm highly upset with this restaurant for many reasons. Also very delicious, make sure to squeeze the lemon they give you with it all over the dish and mix it in. Our outstanding Kona Grill team enhances each guest's experience with accommodating and friendly service, while always ensuring the highest standards. Everything we ordered was delicious.
If you like pork cracklins. Real wood, real flavor — every time. My friend got the Huancaína roll and absolutely loved it. The sushi bar has high-chairs and there is also an outdoor patio with lots of umbrellas.
Bar was hopping, even though I sat at a table, the place feels good. The lobster was good, but the pasta could have had a bit more bite. The parmesan focaccia was superb. This restaurant appears to be a relatively new building with potential to be very attractive. That serving can be shared between 2-3 people, depending on appetite. It crunchy on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside.
Lots and lots to choose from on their menu! My friend ordered the adobo and really enjoyed it. There are other places to get sushi around the lake, but in my opinion this one is the best! He asked if I needed menu. It was a good amount of food. However, there is a decorative horizontal panel in the window about 2 feet high at eye level which is a major distraction.
It's pretty basic, with lettuce and tomatoes, but so good. Several of the rolls we ordered I have never seen anywhere else- and I eat a lot of sushi at different places. I enjoyed it myself so much so that I came back two days later and brought my parents! Took my friend here to try Filipino food for her first time. The Gyozas were so good. The food was excellent, the presentation impressive and the service was good.
The salad with ginger dressing is one of my favorites. Last but not least, the elegance of Bernardaud plates enhances the dinner pleasure. Initially, alfalfa hay was the principal crop; Gilbert was known as the hay capital of the world. It took a while to be attended after being sat.
Food: First visit - I had to order dishes that are hard for me to make myself, let alone taste like my Mama made it. Unforgettable moment is the potato purée , it takes you back to your family best times. They had great jazz artists playing outside too! The turon was served warm over ice vanilla ice cream. Staff is friendly and a good mix between filipino and non-filipino. The food is always great as is the service.
